We specialize in THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE at Body Harmony of Arlington. Your skilled, experienced therapist will discuss with you your challenges, coordinate with any diagnosis you may have (working in conjunction with Dr. Ellen Fitzenrider if necessary) and discuss recommendations for your treatment. You will then receive a targeted massage based upon YOUR needs, paying as much attention as necessary to your problem areas.
We believe that Therapeutic massage is a collaborative experience. Please communicate with your therapist before and during your session as needed, feel free to give feedback, or just relax quietly and enjoy. :)
Sometimes a series of visits is required to deal with a complex or chronic issue. Many of our visitors receive a combination of chiropractic care AND massage, because they work in harmony (hence our name!). If you're not sure which you need, check out this BLOG post from Dr. Ellen.
This is no "spa-massage", which some folks call "fluff & buff" like you get at some places, and which typically is a general head-to-toe relaxation-style massage that follows a specific sequence from "body part to body part" no matter what your needs or challenges in specific areas are.
As a medical office, we can accept FSA, HSA payments for your massage.

"The Classic": Communicate with your therapist: If you want a relaxing, silent, full-body massage, tell your therapist before you begin. If on the other hand you want a deep-tissue, collaborative, targeted, therapeutic massage, (or a combination of both) let them know that too! Either way, you'll get an excellent massage at Body Harmony.
90-minutes of our "Classic" massage service.
When you don't want to stop at 60 minutes!
One of the things that makes Body Harmony unique is the variety of skillsets and certifications that our amazing team of therapists bring. Whether the service requires special equipment such as hot stones, or a specialized certification that the therapist spent over 100 hours to obtain (for example Manual Lymph Drainage) that address specific health challenges, click through to the schedule to see a current listing of special services.
Our amazing therapists are passionate and constantly learning! Check back often to see what new services we are offering!

Customized to your employees and your company. All companies are different, so "corporate wellness programs" shouldn't be cookie-cutter!
Dr. Ellen will co-create a plan with your staff on how to meet your business's unique needs and be sensitive to your unique company culture. This process involves brainstorming as well as developing an employee survey that fits your company employee demographic. It's important to do this before you spend any money on benefits. perks, and resources that your employees might not want or use.
