"The Classic": Communicate with your therapist: If you want a relaxing, silent, full-body massage, tell your therapist before you begin. If on the other hand you want a deep-tissue, collaborative, targeted, therapeutic massage, (or a combination of both) let them know that too! Either way, you'll get an excellent massage at Body Harmony.
