is a Japanese-based tradition of balancing the energetic pathways (meridians) of the body. Many ailments or conditions are a reflection of imbalance and disharmony in these pathways. Balancing your meridians, along with chiropractic care, diet/nutrition, fitness, and other intentional life choices helps you realize a higher level of functioning and health (especially if you have struggled with more traditional medical routes).
Dis-harmony in this energy flow can create disharmony in your physical, emotional, even spiritual health.

Acupuncture is an element of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a healing tradition tracing its roots back thousands of years. Using micro-thin needles (there are also NEEDLE-LESS OPTIONS!) at specific points on the body, Acupuncture communicates with the the body's natural energetic system (called "Qi". pronounced "Chee") and the central nervous systems, encouraging balance and harmony of all body processes. Acupuncture has also been scientifically found to stimulate the body to release chemicals in the muscles, spinal cord, and brain that stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promotes physical and emotional well-being.
Dry needling uses acupuncture needles to help treat acute and chronic issues of soft tissue, and many people find it effective.
Cupping is the use of small cups against the skin along with suction that helps draw blood flow (and "Qi") towards tissue surfaces and promote healing and recovery.
We are “energetic beings”… otherwise our heart wouldn’t beat and the neurons in our brain wouldn’t fire. We experience optimal health when all of the energetic elements in our body are flowing in harmony.
