 One FULL hour (not 50 minutes like at most places!) of targeted THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE. The therapist will discuss your challenges, will perform an assessment, coordinate with any diagnosis you may have (working in conjunction with Dr. Ellen if necessary) and discuss recommendations for your treatment. You will then receive a targeted massage based upon YOUR needs.

 Full 90-minute massage targeted to your therapeutic needs. Deep-tissue, myofascial, etc. In addition to everything the 1-hour massage includes, the 90-minute massage adds an additional layer of relaxation and therapeutic healing.

Licensed massage therapist Melissa Kud is also an acupuncturist. If you have specific health issues that you would like to address with acupuncture, she offers a 30-minute targeted add-on at the end of your massage service for $65. During your session, you can discuss together and decide if this might be an appropriate co-therapy. It's a great way to explore the benefits of acupuncture before committing to a more full, detailed TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) evaluation.

Marcella uses heated bamboo sticks of various lengths to roll and knead your muscles, which creates intense tissue relaxation as well as enhance circulation and lymph drainage. Bamboo massage can also break up scar tissue and stimulate breakdown of fat cells.
