Commercial Insurance: We are a participating IN-NETWORK provider with all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (except HealthKeepers) as well as Aetna.

Medicare: Body Harmony is a participating provider in traditional Medicare. We do not participate in Medicare Advantage plans.

Other plans/carriers: some plans have out-of-network benefits and will reimburse you. Call the number on your insurance card and ask if you have "out-of-network chiropractic and/or acupuncture benefits." 

State Department employees: Foreign Service Benefits Plan covers 50 massages, 50 chiropractic, and 50 acupuncture visits per calendar year, per member (initial exam excluded). For services with Dr. Ellen, will will bill Aetna for you.

HSA/FSA Participants

Regardless of carrier, you may use your HSA and FSA funds for all services. 

MILITARY-FRIENDY: To our military friends out there, you do NOT need a referral to make an appointment! We have affordable options for you to get the care you want and need.
