"Dr. Ellen" is a 1991 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, and is certified in acupuncture.
For many years she was the official chiropractor for the Virginia Arts Festival in Norfolk, Virginia, and served elite visiting artists and performers in music, theater, and dance from all over the world.
For many years she has taken an integrative approach to health and wellness, and she holds several certifications from the The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Drawing from her many years of experience working with patients from a wide variety of backgrounds, Dr. Ellen has personal experience treating and co-managing conditions such as:
...although she firmly believes that EVERYONE benefits from proactive chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage. Education and making good choices are equally important to reaching and maintaining optimal health, not just those who are injured!
Dr. Ellen loves to help both casual and professional athletes, dancers, and others who rely on their body's maximum physical expression to perform at their best. She doesn't look at your body from a spine-only perspective, but believes that optimal health and wellness comes from a wholistic approach.
